Customer Service

Job Title : Customer Service Part Time

We are looking for experienced Customer Service staff, who are able to deal directly with customers either by telephone or email, responding promptly to customer inquiries.

You must be able to handle and resolve customer orders, queries and complaints in a friendly, timely and efficient professional manner within the company service level targets. You will be required to obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries. You must maintain a professional telephone manner at all times whilst maximizing all sales opportunities when dealing with customers. There will also be a need to undertake General office duties.

This role is working weekdays 16-24 Hours per week.


Accounts and Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a blend of accounts and administration work. Using our accounting system, Microsoft Dynamics GP / AX you will process sales and purchase invoices, so IT literacy and a general understanding of book keeping is an advantage.

Other tasks include match and batch delivery notes, carry out credit control duties, along with answering the telephones, taking messages, covering the office and undertaking general office administration duties.

You would be making sure that day-to-day office tasks run smoothly and that the paperwork is kept in order so it’s important that you are organized, accurate and pay close attention to detail.

You will need to be motivated, and able to work on your own initiative. Experience in general administration and managing data and invoices are a must for the right candidate.

We are searching for a Product Content Specialist to join our growing Product Content team. This position is responsible for inputting all information into our database for new products and updating current items for Tooled-up.com. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this position. Data entry experience and a general knowledge of hand and power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter new information, update existing product information into the companys database
  • Transcribe information accurately and in a timely manner
  • Review product label and manufacturer information
  • Research products on the web
  • Work with Category Managers and other departments to obtain necessary information to complete projects

Skills/Abilities Required:

  • Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong Maths, Writing and Organizational Skills
  • Knowledge of web-based business, HTML is a big plus
