Guarantee / Warranty Details

Most of our products carry a manufacturers guarantee (unless otherwise stated or not shown) covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage & does not cover consumables or wearable items.

Some products such as Karcher Comercial products carry only a comercial warranty and are subject to special terms for warranty issues. These terms are stated in the warranty section when viewing those products. Any Repair work on these products that is subsequently deemed to be non warranty are subject to surcharge.

All Extended warranties (Those warranties more than 1 Year) are applicable for standard usuage only and any use in industrial / commercial environments must be confirmed with the manufactuer as most manufacturers will not cover this type of usage. These extended warranties are only covered by the manufacturer and usually require registration with the manufacturer for the extended warranty to be effected.

Many manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
