Item bought as a present. I have used the general Gardena Combisystem for years, in fact mine may be shortly out of its 25 year warranty. Good build quality, robust and almost as good as new. Useful ability to interchange tool heads. Items are expensive, but they do last, can’t ask more than that. Would recommend.

This is the second gardena we have purchased as the other one - which is still in use- was brilliant for raking leaves. handle just right and comfortable, cannot fault it. packed properly and arrived the next day.

This is the best rake on the market but difficult to find these days. So many thanks for stocking it and for the fantastic next day delivery.

This product carries a full 25 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
After the first year any warranty claims should be resolved with the manufacturer directly. To claim the full warranty a registration form may need to be completed - please check the paperwork enclosed with this product when purchased.
