Although i have not used this router in anger yet, it really does look the business. Considering what i paid for this unit, (not cheap), it seems excellent value for money. It has been well manufactured, which is one of the reasons i opted for a dewalt router.
i would definitely recommend this machine to a friend.

Awesome tool. Had the same one for 9 yrs. Until our local van burglars took it. May they rot in hell. Bought this one again without hesitation.

Very solid product. It has eaten through the jobs i have given it so far. Easy to set up with several depth adjustment mechanisms. Half and quater inch collets provided.

Great value router - feels very powerful and well built. Quite heavy so i plan to use it mostly on a router table. I've been a bit of a makita addict, but this looks like much better value and the quality looks great too - soft start is very useful.

Not used a great deal but has worked well so far. Large powerful router with some adjustments being a bit 'clunky' - great service from tooled up ordered 2.50pm received 10am next day.

I have not used this tool for long. It was an upgrade from a very cheap router and infinitely better. The construction seems sturdy with a good simple mechanism for locking the spindle when changing the cutter (failed in previous router). I like the feature of turning the router on and being able to leave it on whilst you control it (as appose to having a switch that when released will turn the router off). Altogether a very good piece of kit, although that is what you should expect from the price.
