Q : I have inherited the above sprinkler but I cannot adjust the spray pattern. It is currently oscillating from maximum Position down on one side and up to the vertical. At the lowest level it is causing a puddle. I have tried adjusting the spray but with no success.
A : Hi Ray, this is an older model of sprinkler that has been delisted and I'm not too familiar with it - however, if it has already seen a decent service life it could be that it has started to fail? Sprinklers are not generally expected to last a very long time although this model had a 5 year warranty which is better than most. You could always try contacting Gardena to see if there are any user manuals still available for this product which might help in identifying the issue.

This product carries a full 5 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
