the base does not stay together when i pick up fan and move it but maybe it is my poor DIY skills - but overall it is great value for money, stylish, and usefull features

I purchased this as a replacement and am quite pleased with it. The only issue i have had so far is that it's noisy in comparison to my old one, but it sure belts out the cooler air without any hitches so far. I would recommend purchasing.

I've recently bought this fan to cope with the surprisingly hot weather that most of the uk has had for the last few days. The performance is great and do not have an issue with it. I find that the remote control is very handy and the magnetic feature reduces the risk of me losing it. The black visor that hides the sensor is not within the fan and is quite visible, but that is just me being me. The light indicator does leak through to the other functions and can be a little hard to tell what function you are using. However, it is easy to assemble and it is quiet during the nights..

A good quality fan. Easy to assemble and has a hand remote that magnetically clicks on to the top. Good speed range and oscillation control. As fans go it's fairly quiet in operation.

I bought this item during the recent hot spell with twin aims: to cool the bedroom at night and to be used for a party in a large-ish room that gets very hot in the sun. i am a light sleeper, but found that this fan worked well at night. Not silent, but quiet enough on the low setting not to disturb while still giving excellent cooling. for the party, on high setting, it was unobtrusive (compared to a conventional fan) and very efficient, with a surprisingly long effective range. The remote control was also very useful when it was hard to get through the crowd to turn the circulating feature on and off as requested. In the end i got tired of telling all the people who asked where i got it! a good piece of kit.
