For my purposes - learning to woodturn in a small garage packed with stuff - this lathe is perfect. one of the tool rests broke and sealey sent me a new one with no issue - great service.

Great product, safe and performs well. just not too please about the teeth-grip spindle rather than a chuck like a drill. This limits wood types to ones that don't split easily. But regardless, very pleased.

Lathe bed not flat. tailstock poor construction and stiff. not bad for price.

I am a beginner to woodturning, so i cannot give a technical opinion on the lathe's features. I am pleased with it, it appears to be well constructed, and is straightforward to use.
