These were much cheaper than buying from Amazon so give tooled-up 5 stars for that. The loppers were carefully researched and are just as described. Easy to use, lightweight and very effective. We've used them to prune overgrown laurel hedging and were much more effective than others loppers we own. One negative is the length of time it took for delivery (not worth paying £20+ more to Amazon just to get them sooner) but we are in lockdown so not going to make an issue of it!

This product carries a full 25 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
After the first year any warranty claims should be resolved with the manufacturer directly. To claim the full warranty a registration form may need to be completed - please check the paperwork enclosed with this product when purchased.
