A : Hi Lauren, I’m afraid this is now a discontinued product and we don’t have any information on it other than what is retained on our website for reference. Hitachi power tools don’t exist as such any more but they were essentially just rebranded as Hikoki and if you try making contact with Hikoki they may still be able to provide this data for the Hitachi G23SR (which was most likely incorporated into the Hikoki range under a different model number).

A : I'm afraid we're unable to provide a quotation as we don't currently stock any of these products. This 230mm Hitachi grinder has been delisted and is available to view on our website for reference only (it is not available for purchase)
Q : Can this grinder be used on paving slabs to cut to size.
A : Hi Susan, yes absolutely but please bear in mind if you are using this at home then this tool is currently only available in 110v so you can't plug it into a standard domestic power socket. You would need a 110v transformer or alternatively we also stock similar grinders which are available in 240v for mains power sockets.

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design. Please note that cordless products will normally have a shorter warranty of just 1 Year for the battery and or charger supplied.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
