After one minute of using this product the blade came off the shaft. Cheap build quality obviously. I am fixing it with copious quantities of araldite, which i would recommend!

Very weak where fits into shaft, the never bend marketing is not to be believed. Mine has split across the knife.

This product carries a full 15 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
