As a woman who is always changing her mind it makes life so much easier to change wallpaper. I wouldn't be without it.

Good size tank saves time on refills. fair area of steam at one time,could have a switch on water tank. side tip good for cleaning alloy car wheels.

The response time and delivery was very good. the steamer is simple in construction and concept but works very effectively. One has to be very conscious that it will continue to emit steam unless turned off at the main. It would be improved by a switch on the reservoir so that one doesen't have to traipse acroos a room whenever you need to put it down to fiddle about with both hands, for example. One doesn't always have a spare person to turn it off whilst one holds it.
