The mower and engine seem very robust but i have three complaints about this model. 1)there is a bar that holds the spring for the rear flap and that the grass bucket hooks onto. This is only held in by two short screws that had already pulled themselves out when the mower was delivered. This is a much more sturdy part on the next mower up in the range. 2) the engine has not been tuned properly and it backfires and splutters all the time and struggles if you hit a thick thatch of grass on a low setting. 3) finally the grass bucket is not quite big enough. I have no complaints about webb and would definitely buy another webb mower but i would buy the at least the next model up.

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
