## Description

The Armorgard CuttingStation is a purpose-built mobile workstation designed for safely cutting conduit, timber, cable tray and pipework on construction sites and in workshops. This multi-purpose chopsaw station combines comprehensive health and safety features with practical functionality to protect both the operator and surrounding work areas from vibration, sparks, noise and dust. The SS7 model incorporates fire-rated, sound-deadening foam to minimise noise pollution, whilst PVC curtains contain sparks during cutting operations. A rubber mat reduces vibration transfer, and the unit includes a swarf collector with dust extractor connection for improved dust management. Optional dust extraction or air filtration systems can be fitted to meet specific site requirements and HSE compliance. The workstation features an expandable working area with an extendable back panel to accommodate mitre saws, whilst cutaway sides facilitate easier handling of longer lengths. Four different support arm configurations provide versatility for various materials and cutting tasks. A lockable cupboard offers secure tool storage, and the improved lighting position ensures optimal visibility during operation. Built for site mobility, the CuttingStation runs on heavy-duty rubberised swivel wheels that further reduce vibration. Electrical connections include a recessed 110V inlet power supply and two internal 110V sockets, with recessed external power sockets positioned to prevent accidental damage during movement or operation.
