Supplied with a fabric tool bag for transport and storage, this twin pack provides the user with a versatile drilling, driving and fastening system and is an ideal introduction to the Black & Decker 18v lithium ion platform. Both tools are compact and highly portable machines with softgrip overmoulding for a comfortable, secure hold. The Drill driver includes hammer action which enables efficient drilling into hard masonry such as concrete and brickwork as well as standard drilling and screwdriving into materials like wood, plastic or metal. The impact driver provides additional high torque driving power which is ideal for rapid construction jobs or when working with larger fasteners, and has an LED worklight for increased visibility of the work area. The kit is available with either one or two batteries, and a charger. This tool kit is part of the Black & Decker 18v cordless platform, where all batteries are interchangeable across a range of power tools and garden power tools. All products within the range are available to buy as bare units (without a battery), enabling you to add to your power tool collection without unnecessary expenditure. Black & Decker's 18v cordless platform offers three types of lithium ion batteries, allowing you to achieve best results depending on the task - 1.5ah, 2.0ah or 4.0ah.
