Clean cuts are provided by the saw's 4 stage pendulum cutting action, which saws through wood up to 40% quicker than reciprocating saws, decreases blade wear, & also improves control when cutting in a curve. A number of other innovative features also enhance user control, including the 'Bosch Electronic' feature, enabling precise stroke rate control using the jigsaw's variable speed trigger, the innovative CutControl attachment, a flip down transparent guide which allows precise tracking of the cutting line, & the jigsaw's air blast function, which removes sawdust from the path of the blade for better visibility & more accurate cutting. The PST 800 PEL has been constructed with linear mass balance & ergonomic softgrip handles, to reduce vibration & improve handling.
