Featuring a powerful 620W motor and vibration damping for comfortable, controlled cuts, the PST 900 PEL is a jigsaw from the Bosch Green range which has been designed with heavy DIY usage in mind. Clean cuts are provided by the saw's 4 stage pendulum cutting action, which saws through wood up to 40% quicker than reciprocating saws, decreases blade wear, & also improves control when cutting in a curve. A number of other innovative features also enhance user control, including the 'Bosch Electronic' feature, enabling precise stroke rate control using the jigsaw's variable speed trigger, the innovative CutControl attachment, a flip down transparent guide which allows precise tracking of the cutting line, an integrated LED PowerLight for illuminating the workpiece, & the jigsaw's dust blowing function, which removes sawdust from the path of the blade for better visibility & more accurate cutting. The PST 900 PEL has been constructed with linear mass balance & ergonomic softgrip handles, to reduce vibration & improve handling. Mitre cuts & sawing close to edges can be accommodated for by the PST 900 PEL's adjustable sole plate, which can be swivelled up to 45° in either direction. Optimal convenience is provided by Bosch's SDS system, enabling rapid & tool free blade changes, & an integrated blade storage compartment capable of storing up to 6 blades. A lock-off switch & a transparent splinter guard keep use risk free; a dust extraction port can also be used for removing harmful dust particles from your working environment.
