Quick & efficient delivery, lightweight product which is what I wanted, instructions on how to put it together could be improved, kept cutting out while in use so had to keep emptying grass cuttings even though box wasn't full, think I was walking too fast with it, it works good if you walk slowly

The lawnmower is a little tricky to put together (the handles) and switching the cut levels on the wheels needs some muscle power but this is a great lawnmover for getting up close to edges and going over uneven lawns with slopes - so fits the challenges of my garden very well.

Early days yet, but seems like a good investment. The lawnmower arrives requiring some slight assembly, but the instructions (pictorial) are fine. It's not a heavy machine, so really easy to manoeuvre and there's a great carry-handle on the body of the mower itself. Great cord-tidy on the left side of the handle bar, and the grass box easily detaches/reattaches. My only gripe is the design of the mechanism to change the cut height - you have to turn the mower on its back, clamp it with a foot to stop it moving, and then wrestle with both hands against two very powerful springs to disengage the rear roller and relocate it in a higher/lower slot. This really ruins what otherwise would be an excellent little machine.

Powerful lawn mower, with good features especially the cable storage. Ideal for small medium sized gardens. Collection basket had good volume.

The height adjustment is quite difficult to operate particularly with arthritic joints. The mower seems quite flimsy but time will tell how robust it is. Have only used it twice but it seems to cut evenly and catch all the cuttings in the grass box. My last mower threw the grass out at the sides!

An easy to use machine. Two negatives - difficult to adjust the height (it's via the front wheels) and you need to be strong to do this. the other matter is that the machine is surprisingly long. I bought the machine for a small front garden, and its length makes the task difficult. incidentally, i've bought other things from tool-up, and it's a good company to order from.
