Q : hi do you have a date for this item to be available for purchase please and if so am i allowed to reserve one without paying up front many thanks carol
A : Hi Carol, currently we're being advised end of January 2022 but this hasn't been confirmed yet and there are so many supply issues at the moment that these dates always seem to be changing anyway. We don't normally charge until goods are ready to ship so you should be able to place a backorder for it without having to pay up front - if you call our sales team on 020 8805 3535 they'll be able to go through the options with you.
Q : Any news on when this Radio might be back in stock?
A : Hi there, the current expected date we've been supplied is 30/8/2021
Q : Do you have this in stock? You are saying dispatched within 20 days.
A : Hi Georgios, at time of writing this product is showing as Available to Order, so it is in stock with our suppliers but there could be delays in getting it in to us. Products that are in stock at our warehouse will normally say something like "Order by 3.00PM for same day despatch" and will display as "In Stock" when you're browsing through the website.

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design. Please note that cordless products will normally have a shorter warranty of just 1 Year for the battery and or charger supplied.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
After the first year any warranty claims should be resolved with the manufacturer directly. To claim the full warranty a registration form may need to be completed - please check the paperwork enclosed with this product when purchased.
