Good piece of kit, easy to use. I was looking for a heavy duty wallpaper to replace a very old model. It seems "health & safety" have done away with the old 'boiling pressure tank' models. Presumably this is why there is a plastic outer layer.

A great bit of kit up to professional standards. Very good steam production and lives up to the spec so far. Expensive but you get what you pay for. This performs at least twice as well as units under £100 and will last years longer.

Q : I've got one of these,steam master but the black plate is broken and I need a replacement but I can't seem to find one ,can you help please
A : Hi Ian, I'm afraid we're not a spares dealer and don't stock these kinds of replacement parts. I would try contacting Earlex themselves to see if they're able to advise whether this is available? (if you haven't done so already) I can see a few spares dealers do stock parts for this machine online but maybe the back plate is hard to come by for some reason.
