The Gardena C 1060 Plus Water Timer is a programmable irrigation controller designed for automatic garden watering systems. Attaching directly to your outdoor tap, this water computer manages scheduled irrigation for lawns, plant beds and container gardens when used with sprinklers or drip irrigation systems including the Gardena Micro-Drip-System and Sprinklersystem. The detachable control unit features a large, clear display with intuitive step-by-step programming available in ten languages. You can schedule up to six separate watering cycles daily, with durations ranging from one minute to 9 hours 59 minutes, offering precise control over irrigation timing and quantity. Watering frequency is highly flexible—choose daily operation, intervals from every second to seventh day, or select specific irrigation days to suit your garden's requirements. Manual override allows immediate watering when needed, whilst the large rotary knob enables quick programme adjustments. For water conservation, the timer accepts optional Gardena rain or soil moisture sensors to automatically pause irrigation during wet conditions or adjust watering based on actual soil moisture levels. When paired with the Gardena Automatic Water Distributor (Article No. 1198-20), the system can independently control up to six separate zones for comprehensive garden automation.
