A quality product, of rugged construction, excellent design, the stability of the product when in use is admirable even when the water pressure increases. It also boosts of a valuable inline removable/cleanable filter - a distinct plus factor & which is often overlooked or omitted entirely! The retail price is a wee bit high nevertheless, I believe it represents good value for money.

I found that the manufacturers’ performance does not match the actual performance for my mains pressure.

I had an identical sprinkler for many years which was excellent, so glad I been able to replace it

I bought this following two failures of the competitors product. This is much better quality and has a more flexible spray pattern adjustment. It is also more expensive than the competitor's product but worth the money.

As with other reviews, I have also found that this product fails to live up to claims of coverage. I have what I would say is decent water pressure (I don't know the actual figures though) but I only get coverage of maybe 70 square metres, as opposed to the 350 suggested by the publicity. On the plus side, this amount is about twice what my old sprinkler managed and the product quality seems good. Compared with my perhaps unreasonably raised expectations, it is overall a disappointment.

This product carries a full 5 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
