Worked very well with a sprinkler to keep my garden watered while I was on holiday. It was easy to set the timer but the instructions did not include how the connections worked and found that a bit tricky before I got it right despite the help of a young grandson. Overall very pleased with the product, wish I had got one years ago as I can now go away without bothering family to keep an eye on my plants.

Does a good job and very pleased with it. Much of the setting is done via the outer ring and it is relatively easy to knock this by mistake when fitting the timer to the tap. But once installed it appears to be very accurate and easy to adjust the timings if needed. Excellent service & delivery from Tooled-Up as usual.

This is a great timer for auto watering systems. Very easy to programme. I already have other Gardena timers for various parts of my garden but this is the easiest to use.

Q : Is this unit waterproof? Can it be left on the outdoor tap without the worry of rainwater damage? Thanks.
A : Hi Tainay, Gardena describe it as "weatherproof" and as an outdoor product it is designed to be able to cope with the elements - including UV damage from harsh sunlight as well as rain. However it is also easy to detach so you can always bring it indoors during especially bad conditions, and I'm sure Gardena will recommend you do this during winter when it's not in use.

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
After the first year any warranty claims should be resolved with the manufacturer directly. To claim the full warranty a registration form may need to be completed - please check the paperwork enclosed with this product when purchased.
