At the heart of the lawnmower is a Digipro brushless motor; this highly efficient design delivers optimum power to the cutting blades with minimal noise, vibration or component wear, enabling longer runtimes as well as increased reliability over the machine's lifetime compared with alternative brushed motor designs. For easy configuration to your specific requirements, the GD40LM45 offers a choice of collection, mulching or side discharge modes, and a single lever cutting height adjustment function allows the blades to be elevated to any of 7 positions between 28.cm and 7.6cm. It is compatible with lithium ion batteries and chargers from the Greenworks 40v range of cordless garden tools, and is available either as a complete kit with two batteries and a charger (model GWGD40LM45K2X) or as a body only machine for users who do not require them.
