A : Good morning, I am afraid we do not do spare wheels for these machines.
Q : What is this unit powered by? Is it just connected to the water mains and the unit does the rest or does it have to be connected to a Karcher cleaner model?
A : Hi Anthony, the FR 50 is an accessory for Karcher HD and XPERT series professional pressure washers, and it works by acting as an extension to the pressure washer which delivers the high pressure spray directly to the ground surface (rather than through a handheld spray lance for example). As such the FR 50 doesn't need power itself, but it is only designed to work when connected to a compatible pressure washer.

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
