Makita's CXT range expands the ever growing 10.8v power tool market with a selection of compact and lightweight machines which use a sliding lithium ion battery format. Utilising technology inherited from Makita's 18v range, these new batteries are equipped with overload protection circuitry and high capacity cells; fitted with multi-contact terminals to ensure stable connection even under extreme work vibration conditions, they are built for structural strength and durability and can be used in temperatures down to -20°C. CXT batteries are also available in capacities up to 4.0ah for extended runtimes, and with onboard LED fuel gauge indicators. This CXT twin pack contains a HP331D combi drill and TD110D impact driver. With a combined net weight of 2.5kg, these ultra portable tools provide the user with a professional rotary & impact drilling, driving and fastening system suitable for working on wood, plastic, metal and masonry. Supplied with a Makpac Type 1 case, they can be integrated into racks of compatible connector cases for a streamlined storage and transport solution that can be easily wheeled around site on a trolley.
