I wanted a cleaner for the home that would get used a lot as we have a dog. The options was to either get a domestic or industrial cleaner (used) as the price was similar. Bit the bullet and spent the extra and decided to buy new. Tooled Up was the cheapest and the delivery was amazing. I ordered it 1430hrs and it arrived by 1100hrs the next day. I was kept informed of the delivery progress by email. The unit is well made with very little vulnerable parts. Some other cleaners have rotating brushes so I was a bit wary of how good it would be in comparison. My first use I did a lot of pushing and pulling with lots of pressure thinking it was needed. Then I tried it with medium pressure on the backward stroke. This was the most effective way to use the machine. I'm so pleased with this cleaner. Here are my tips to get the best from this machine. Vacuum the carpet with a good vacuum cleaner that has a rotating brush. Do this repeatedly North to South then East to West and back to North and South again. Treat any spots or stains with cleaning fluid and agitate with a brush. Use hot tap water. Clean the full carpet with the cleaning solution. Then keep repeating with just water. This not only removes any remaining detergent it rinses the machine too. Keep repeating till water that goes into the dirty tank is clear. No need to go over the carpet to suck up excess water as the suction is so good there's no need. To summarise, this machine is not cheap for just domestic use. But the average cost to hire one of these is about £30 so with regular use it will pay for itself. I also made my own shampoo made from Laundry liquid, Fabric conditioner, Dishwashing liquid and Oxi crystals. This works out so cheap and smells good too.

The Puzzi is a replacement for a another manufacturers product. Powerful appliance with excellant cleaning properties. As I have a large German Shepherd dog in addition to normal household traffic I find the Puzzi makes really light work of carpet cleaning - giving excellant results.
