Firstly I must praise the Tooled-up staff for their excellent service when I had a payment issue dealt with by the team. The Ryobi trimmer head is the second I've bought from them in 3 years and its the proper replacement. My only complaint is a material design one where the base plate material is not hard wearing enough. I always try and "Float" the head when using it but despite my best efforts it seems to wear out and is the Achilles heel of the assembly. Good for the first two years then seems to go downhill quickly.

Instead of simply buying a spool of line i thought it worthwhile to replace the complete head as the machine works hard and does a good job - with consequent wear to the head.

The product does the job - no problems. Unlike the cut lengths of strimmer line supplied as spares with my ryobi strimmer/ brush cutter bought last year. They do not fit/ can't be fitted and no help given by supplier. To use the strimmer lengths i needed an extra strimmer head - cost about £16.Very poor customer service.

Brilliant, exactly what i needed as the old one had worn out after 5 years hard use. This one looks to be exactly the same so i think it will last another 5 years. Easy to replace too.
