Built to a professional standard of quality for the passionate DIYer, the Steinel HL 2020 E hot air gun is extremely robust, with a service life fully 20% longer than that of its predecessor. A variety of professional additions enhance performance & usability to create a truly outstanding tool. Hot delivery nozzles are capable of causing burns even long after the tool has been unplugged; therefore the heat gun is equipped with a residual heat indicator which warns the user that the delivery nozzle is still hot. An ergonomic joystick is designed to keep operation intuive & precise. A high maximum heat output of 630° makes the HL 2020 E ideal for shaping, desoldering printed circuit boards, welding plastics, drying filler, shrinking on cable sleeves, soldering pipes & any other job requiring high, accurately adjustable heat - as well as a powerful blower. The current working temperature and airflow rate is indicated on the LCD display which is easy to read at any light level. The tool immediately responds to heat build-up with a warning indication triangle shown on the display screen. Compatible with the HL 2020 E & available separately are a fine-dust filter and the HL Scan attachment for accurately measuring the temperature at the workpiece. The HL 2020 E hot air professional is compatible with a wide variety of Steinel nozzles. Included with the heat gun is a convenient carry case, & a 9mm reduction nozzle for focussed heat application.
