The Rangergrip Boatsman is a Delémont Series Swiss Army knife with a first class stainless steel toolset adapted for maritime applications. The heritage of the Rangergrip Boatsman stems from two of the most respected Swiss tool manufacturers: Victorinox, and Wenger, who the former acquired in 2005. Having both been contracted to supply knives to the Swiss Army, the Delémont Collection (named after Wenger's Delémont headquarters in the Canton of Jura) showcases a premium range of specialist multitools which combines the best of the design and engineering processes pioneered by the two companies. One of the largest Swiss Army multitools, at 130mm, the Boatsman is equipped with a serrated 3.9" locking blade, marlinspike and shackle opener, along with a nut wrench, screwdriver bit holder and a set of high quality spring loaded needlenose pliers (with wire cutters) making it a pocket sized toolkit ideal for a host of everyday nautical applications and maintenance or repair tasks, while its comprehensive feature set equips it for much more besides, whether on the water or solid ground. The Boatsman's polished cellidor handle is fitted with rubber grips to ensure a firm hold with wet hands and it can be anchored to the user via the keyring function to ensure it remains safely attached and to hand at all times.
