Q : Will this pump lift 8 feet down into water? Does the drill have to be grounded when using this pump?
A : I'm afraid this pump was delisted several years ago and is not part of our current product range. Subsequently I don't have any information other than what is provided in the product description and if Wolfcraft still manufacture this range the specifications may have since changed, so it might be worth contacting them to see what they can advise.

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
