First rate service. There was an initial delay when the item was out of stock but, Tooled-Up.com staff kept me informed by email at every stage - no need to chase them up. I will certainly use this firm again when the need arises.

I have only ordered one item so far but am happy with the service. I particularly liked the regular emails keeping you updated on the status of the order, even after I had received the item checking if everything is OK.
