The DW712 corded compound slide mitre saw is the most accurate saw the company has ever manufactured. It delivers an accuracy of less than 0.1 °, as a result of new manufacturing techniques, higher fences for greater material support, adjustable scales and a new, patented, mitre and bevel detent system.

The DW712 is also the first 216mm portable mitre saw to be able to cut a 60 ° mitre improving cutting angle performance on stairs and roof joints

The new saw has a horizontal dual rail slide extending its capacity to 300x 70mm. This dual rail slide system also makes it possible for grooving applications to be completed such as those in lap joints and door linings.

The new manufacturing techniques have achieved a significant improvement in base /fence perpendicularly and head alignment, which leads to a superior finish and unparalleled levels of accuracy.
