Perhaps this works for thin wallpaper but i found it useless for stripping woodchip which had several layers of paint. the tool breaks very easily and the spiked wheels came off after a few minutes' work. also the wallpaper removal liquid we bought was a waste of another 50 quid. Even with the paper scored as best we could with the tool, we simply had to resort to dry scraping with a 1.5-inch straight-blade paint-scraper. It took many hours but it worked. orbital scrapers of such poor quality are of no use for heavy work or very large areas. They are available under other brand names but they are all cheap chinese plastic.
