The quality product was competitively priced , and although the delivery was protracted, communications from Tooled Up was excellent , as indeed was the delivery packaging . Would still consider them for future orders .

Quick delivery,great bit of kit,easy to install,instructions was ok,highly recommend this company,thought they cud of added a little bottle of chainsaw oil,had to pop b&q & buy some,obviously not tooled-up fault,

Tooled-Up offered the quality product I required at a good price. Their service was efficient and within the timescale I needed. Their product arrived in excellent condition and I was able to track delivery times. I would certainly buy through Tooled-Up again.

I used Tooled-Up for the first time to purchase a strimmer/brush-cutter. They were considerably cheaper than my usual retailers. I ordered on a Sunday; the item was despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. I received several communications from Tooled-Up informing me of progress. All good, so far. The only problem was their choice of courier - DHL. I have found DHL to be so unreliable that I now avoid retailers that use DHL for deliveries. DHL sent the item out for delivery on Tuesday, but the courier gave up on his round and went back to the depot before my stop; I only found out when I checked the tracking (because the parcel was late). On Wednesday, they didn't even bother to try to deliver, but didn't tell me until late morning. Thursday was a repeat of Tuesday. The parcel finally arrived on Friday. I wasted several hours on three different days waiting for DHL. Unless Tooled-Up change couriers - or offer an alternative courier - I'm unlikely to use them in future.
