Q : Does the whole hose pipe have to be unwound when in use? I only need about 35m but don’t want to buy trolley and hose separately and have to set it up myself.
A : Hi Pat, no you only need to unreel as much as you need (in fact you can hopefully see in the additional image that someone has unwound a fairly short section of hose in order to water a planter box)
Q : hi can you confirm the specification for the hose reel that come with this trolley set please?
A : Hi Tony, as far as I can tell the included hose is the same as the 50 metre length of Gardena Classic hose we stock on product ID 21008927, only it also comes with a spray nozzle and connectors

A : Hi Colin, all standard domestic hose accessories use a universal connection system so you should be able to fit everything together without too much trouble
Q : Does this come with all the connectors required (i.e. to connect from the tap to the trolley and from the trolley to the hose as well as from the hose to spray nozzle) or do they need to be purchased separately? Thanks.
A : Hi Neil, Gardena supply this reel as a "ready to use" kit and supply all the connectors needed for standard operation

A : I can confirm that some handle assembly may be required.
Q : Can You Get one with Longer Than 50mt Hose
A : For a longer hose, you would need to purchase the empty hose cart and the 1/2" hose separately and put the unit together yourself.
Q : Please can you tell me the height of the handle and whether or not it is extendable

This product carries a full 5 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
