Q : Hi this product is listed as green & yellow on its colour. Photo shows grey and yellow and think hose lock only do one colour (grey and yellow). Can you confirm it is grey and yellow pls.
A : Hi Blake, I believe Hozelock did used to make green and yellow hoses but revamped them all some years back to the current grey colourscheme. I suspect that Hozelock have kept the same partcode and this description on our website is leftover from a previous time, but I can confirm the new ones are all grey and yellow as per the image.
Q : Is it 5 year Guarantee
A : Hi John, this Hozelock hose reel has a 2 year warranty. You can find the warranty for any product on our site if you scroll down the the "More Information" section at the bottom of the page
Q : Replacement 25 metre hose
A : Unfortunately, this is a sealed unit and the hose is not replaceable.

This product carries a full 5 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
