Q : My wife has broken the wooden handle of her Border Fork. I have removed the broken part and the rivets but I cannot find a replacement - all ready to go but !!! I'm not sure if it's a poor part or she has a super strong back.
A : Hi Colin, although we do stock a small selection of garden tool handles, they are mostly for interchangeable systems and we don't have many replacement parts designed for forks and spades etc. I'm not sure how old the fork in question is but Spear & Jackson supply these with a 15 year warranty so you may be able to get it fixed by them? Alternatively I imagine you should be able to find a fairly universal sized replacement from a spares dealer that will do the job with a bit of additional shaping.

This product carries a full 15 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
