Q : I have a torque master tile cutter been using it on my tiles and suddenly its stopped working can u tell me what to do
A : Hi Mandy, there could be a number of reasons, though note that this machine has a thermal cut out which will switch off the motor if it gets too hot (from prolonged use) - if this is what has triggered a shutdown it should restart after it has cooled down, but if it has completely stopped working you may want to speak to Vitrex or the supplier you purchased it from. The machine is covered by a 1 year warranty.

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
