A : Hi Ken, it sounds like this could well be the trolley he bought but if he is able to phone customer services they should be able to find his order (and the exact product he ordered) based on his name, postcode etc if he wants to be absolutely sure. However, with regards to actually ordering a new wheel, I'm afraid we don't stock any and I assume they're not available as a standard retail part. However, if you contact Draper directly once you've established what the model number is, they should be able to supply this as a spare part and will be able to advise further.

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
