MAKDEABHX2500S NEEDED TO CONVERT TO VACUUM FUNCTION.Petrol EnginesIt is important to read all instructions regarding petrol products. 4 Stroke engines require oil and some machines are supplied dry (No oil to start with). Running a 4 stroke petrol machine without oil will result in the engine seizing and is not covered under warranty. 2 Stroke engines will have a mix of oil in the petrol this normally 1 part oil to 50 parts petrol but not always, again please read the instructions supplied with your machine. Petrol engines do require more maintenance than electric engines but if reguarly maintained they will normally give many years of use.

Brilliantly efficient. Surprised there is no carrying strap as it can be a little heavy on the arms. Ihave made a strap which makes it more acceptable. Otherwise- perfect

I have lusted after this item for some time and, although i haven't yet tested it with a decent quantity of leaves, it has lived up to my expectations. No problem filling the oil, i went to halfords and got their garden machine 4 stroke oil which is 10w/40 sg rated which is higher spec than required, about 6 quid. This has a pull out spout which makes the job easy. Started first time with very little effort and similarly every time since. also noticeably less smelly and dirty exhaust, much, much better than my old 2 stroke.
the only point i would mention is that when i turned it sideways the exhaust smoked and suspect this is not advisable. 2 strokes off course will even work up-side-down, so if this is your style of blowing perhaps the 4 stroke is not for you.
