Only used the once,wanted to completely de-thatch the lawn ready for re-seeding. Used on the low setting and it made light work of the task. If using on a larger garden (like mine) i found it was best not to use the collection box and rake up the thatch then suck up debris with the lawn mower. Well impressed and recommended.

Have used once, and i was very satisfied with it's performance. Used it on the highest setting and it worked very well, but i would be careful not to set it too low, as it could cut up the lawn. When assembling, i fount it a bit frustrating as the screws could have been a bit longer which made it a bit dificult to screw up! But so far it's done everything it's supposed to.

Bought this as it had the best reviews and i was not disappointed. Easy to assemble and use. Was surprised at the amount of thatch it removed. Filled the collection box 5 times whilst set at height 3. Will use height 2 in late summer. Hope to give a reliability review next year.

This is a premium priced electric lawnraker, and does perform well, in particular is good at getting the scarified material into the collecting box and not clogging up, which was a problem with a previous lawnraker i had. one major criticism is that the upper handle securing knobs (orange plastic moulded objects with a steel female thread in them) were unable to grip the threads on the bolts supplied as the metal threads were too far recessed into the plastic. I fixed this by grinding off some of the plastic, but one really shouldn't have to do this on a brand new premium priced tool!

Good machine, easy to use. I have a lot of moss which filled the box very quickly, could not believe how quick it removed the moss. It works well and i am more than happy with it, also very happy with delivery to northern ireland. Two day delivery, delivered in a day and a half. Would use tooled-up again. thanks

A brilliant machine.It does exactly what it should.Well made and easy to assemble.I didn't realise just how much 'rubbish'was 'lurking' in my lawn. excellent service from tooled up and the carriers dpd. Ordered monday evening, delivered wednesday morning and used wednesday afternoon. overall a very happy customer. Thanks

Super piece of kit came promptly and easy to assemble. its extremely good,ive only used it on the highest setting and the amount of thatch it shifts is amazing. highly recommend it and tooled-up for their excellent service will use them again.

Prompt delivery received in good order. this is a very good piece of kit - fitted together quite easily and once you gain the knack of slotting the collection box on the back and under the flap this is no problem. I worked my way down through the settings from 4 to 3 and then 2 and found that moss/thatch collection was very impressive on both 3 and 2. Leaves a very professional looking finish on the surface. Level 4 is more of a rake i would say. i have not tried level 1 yet as i did not want to be too severe on the surface on the first outing. a very good buy which i have no hesitation in recommending. My tip would be to take your time, empty the box frequently and let the motor do the work without forcing/labouring it.

Brilliant performer and boy does it shift the thatch from the lawn. I have previously owned a 'spring tine' scarifier and the bosch is far far superior in every way. Definitely a great buy and would recommend highly.

Easy to assemble and use. Robust in action and shifts big volumes of moss and thatch. service and delivery were excellent, particularly given it was to a remote location

Delivery from tooled up spot on,arrived when they said it would,exactly.Machine easy to assemble and easy to operate.It does a fantastic job.I did my small front lawn which was full of moss and thatch, and on setting 3 i had a full wheelie bin. Next job is my big side lawn which with this machine will be no problem.Highly delighted with it and would recommend it to my friends.Only downside is the collection box a bit flimsy but no problem. Best money i have ever spent.

Works extremely well. It is light to use but powerful.If you haven't scarified the lawn before then frequent emptying of the collection box will be needed.

I have only used this machine on its highest setting so far and have managed to remove nearly all the thatch from my two lawns after two runs.Terrific quantity of thatch/grass was removed.The blades are far superior to the tines on my previous scarifier. The lawn is recovering well after this drastic scarifying,despite the recent very dry spell of weather.

Quite pleased with first use of approx 2 hours. machine managed to remove a particularly troublesome weed which resists weedkiller and previously had to be removed by hand. so am very pleased with that aspect. feel that the grassbox is a bit flimsy; the handle came adrift during first use period; managed to knock it back into place. bit disappointed with that.

A great piece of kit. the cutting blades are far superior to the type of lawn rakes that use tines. my moss was very thick and it has done the job well. i have every confidence that the grass will grow well when it has had time to recover. the jet action of taking the moss to the back of the collecting box worked very well.

Excellent piece of kit. Box bit small as pulls up hell of a lot of thatch/moss. No complaints though as that's what i wanted it for!
