Great efficient service. But would like an option of only charger and no battery if the flimsy wired vacuum charger breaks again! It might do better now it is not attatched to clunky wall hanging plastic Also glad can see charger light.

Tooled-up were the only company i could find to supply a new Makita loop and hook sanding plate which replaces the original plate so i can use either loop and hook sanding sheets or the longer sanding sheets with the clamping method. Good price and reasonable delivery time.

I purchased a Black and Decker 36v lawn mower at an excellent price. Delivery was quick and cheap and the mower works well. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues with the product when it first arrived but these were remedied without quibble when I phoned customer services.

Tooled-up and the product were absolutely fine. But the courier let them down. Didn't ring, just drove off, while the package was torn on the outside. No damage to goods.

Having bought from Tooled-up for some years, I've come to the conclusion that at some point they must have decided that in order to succeed in a very competitive market, they had to be equal, or better, than Amazon, in terms of price, delivery, quality of products and custiomer service. They have succeeded on all points.
