Delivery at a glance
Order by 3:00 PM Friday for despatch that day on items shown as in stock. Your basket shows the despatch time for every item.
What happens after you order

Where we deliver
The whole of the UK
We deliver everywhere in the UK, including:
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
- Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man
Areas with a surcharge
Couriers charge more for some areas, so delivery there costs more. The exact charge is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode.
Next-day delivery isn't available everywhere. Because of carrier restrictions, there are some UK locations where we can't offer next-day delivery.
Items that aren't in stock
Many other items can be ordered in for you, normally within a few days. The product page and your basket show the expected availability before you buy. If your order has several items, it is ready when the one with the longest lead time arrives.
