Easy Returns

Hopefully you won't need to return an item that you have ordered, however, if you do, we will try to make this as simple as possible.

Before returning any products you have ordered from us, please download and complete the returns form and call our Customer Services Team on 020 8805 3535 or by contact us via email at sales@tooled-up.com.

When a product arrives and it is unwanted, or is faulty, under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee you can return the goods.

Unwanted Items

Now this bit is important, unwanted items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all the component parts and any promotional items you received. You should include a copy of your invoice and a completed returns form.

Certain items are excluded. These include goods that may be a special order or manufacture, and items which have specific storage conditions or limited shelf life.

We aim to process your return the day it arrives with us, however please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

To return an unwanted item you can either:

If your order was delivered by the post office, send it back from your local post office.

To Return larger parcels you can arrange collection yourself using Parcel2Go

We MAY also offer a carrier pick up service, however, depending on the circumstances, this will incur a charge. For more information, call our customer service team on 020 8805 3535.

Faulty Goods

First

Before returning any products, please complete the download and complete the returns form and call our Customer Services Team on 020 8805 3535 or contact us via by email at sales@tooled-up.com FOR AUTHORISATION OF THE RETURN.

Most manufacturers offer a helpline for troubleshooting and support you may have with the product, also a repair or warranty service. Using this service will be the fastest way to get the problem put right.

If an item you purchased is more than 30 days old from when you received it from us our aim is to get the problem, sorted as quickly as possible.

If there is no warranty or repair service available directly from the manufacturer and you wish to return a faulty item, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, or where this is not possible we may replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.

To return a faulty item BEFORE 30 days you can either:

If your order was delivered by the post office, send it back from your local post office. We will refund return postage up to a maximum of £10.00.

Or

To Return larger parcels you can arrange collection yourself using Parcel2Go. We will refund return postage up to a maximum of £10.00.

Please remember to include a copy of your invoice, returns form and ensure that all petrol products are drained of fuel and oil before return.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any items you send back until they are received by us. Please ensure that they are securely packaged, also please make a note of your tracking number and obtain proof of sending from the company you use.
