Just what I ordered. Spot on. Fast service

I was a little confused at first. I was on the Bosch website, which is where I placed my purchase in the basket. The next thing I know I was on the Tooled Up website and wasn't quite sure how I got there. However, assuming that this was O/K I proceeded with the order and all was well. I placed the order on Saturday and received it on Tuesday, good service as the weekend was in-between. There was certainly no lack of information about my order's progress. Quite a few emails showed every stage. The order arrived on time as promised and the carton showed no sign of damage. As I don't need to use it immediately I have not yet opened the box.

Product is fine. Delivery was a problem. Courier failed to read the delivery instructions and just delivered to the nearby house given as the nearest postcode address. A typical problem with Lazy courier

Purchased an Einhell multi-strimmer to find one of the two included charges failed to charge the battery after only one charge cycle. All it took was one phone call, on a Saturday, and a follow up e-mail, to find a replacement with me with in 3 working days. You only know how good a company is when something goes wrong. Tooled Up, Your customer service is top notch. Thank you for your prompt service.
