I bought an Einhell battery chainsaw from Tooled-Up with four batteries as part of the deal. The price was the most competitive in the UK and the chainsaw was delivered two or three days later on the designated delivery day. I'm very happy with the service from Tooled-Up and have used the chainsaw four times over the last couple of weeks since purchase. It's a powerful saw for it's size and has been cutting easily through the logs I've been cutting. Two batteries are required to be fitted to run the chainsaw. The chainsaw package came with the larger 4.0Ah 18 volt batteries alongside two charging stations. I'm really pleased with the battery length so far. The first time I used them I got around 45 minutes of nearly constant use. The last time I used the saw I was cutting on and off for 2 - 3 hours in my woodland before they ran out.

I ordered a cordless electric Bosch lawn mower, which arrived within a couple of days. No issues at all and a very competitive price. The lawn mower was well packaged and easy to assemble. Overall an excellent experience with a well organised company. Happy to recommend!

Fast delivery and a good product. Not used it yet but appears light and easy to handle. However whilst it may be seen as important to be kept informed of each stage of the purchase and delivery process, I'm sure the emails could be reduced to just acceptance of purchase and notification of despatch, as the constant emails became a little irritating and cluttered up my mail box.

Great stuff, ordered a replacement [Ozito] battery and charger, my charger was packing up it seems not the battery, but the extra battery will still get used. Stephen.

I’ve purchased some products previously from Tooled-up and always found them to be reasonably priced. I had a small issue with my current purchase as all was not as it should have been, however after a short email I received a prompt reply saying that they would rectify the problem and within a couple of days it was all sorted out with no problems. Top marks for customer satisfaction.

My old lawnmower broke down and I wanted another Bosch Lawnmower. Being in Scotland I could not get one locally. I'm so glad that I found Tooled-Up online. I placed the order online and it was delivered the next day. Thank you for providing such an excellent service.
