really liked the product right from lifting from the box, the lift handle is on the centre of gravity so an easy lift out. The handle then unfolds and slides out. The cut height adjustment is just the push of a button. Two minor observations - The fixing of the grass box bottom bar and the full grass box indicator is ok but not always operational if grass is damp. One product enhancement would be that when removing the grass box the cover can be held in place awaiting the return of grass box. A simple clip on bar across the handle would be ideal (currently use a stick but 2 18mm clips and bar will be made).

Pleased with this mower, husband has a heavier metal Makita, but this one suits me when it's my turn to mow.

Excellent service and was delivered early in the morning after ordering the afternoon before. Have previously owned the more ‘Basic’ Bosch Rotak lawnmowers which are really good but decided to invest in the ‘Advanced’ version this time and so pleased that I did. The quality is superior and new features resulted in a much better cut. The mower is heavier than previous ones I’ve used but is still easy to use.
