This Hot Glue pen is brilliant. I have been using a Hot Glue gun for a while, but found if working on small jobs… messy! The Glue Pen helps doing small jobs a lot less messy and more precise.

This is a great product overall. As per usual with Bosch it's very well made and easy to use. If you have something relatively small to glue (ie I used it to fix a Christmas decoration and my wife glued some interior trim in her car) it's just the job. The downsides are that the glue sticks are tiny (only 2cm) and you need a gentle trigger finger or the whole stick will splurge out straight away (as I found out the first time I used it), however the sticks are inexpensive and you could buy regular sticks and cut them to size, but keep in mind it operates at 150C, not 170C like a lot of bigger guns so make sure you buy the right glue! The other negative is that the batteries take a few hours to charge for around 30mins run time. It comes with 2 Varta rechargeable NiMH AA batteries rather than LI-ION, but at least they'll be inexpensive and easy to replace and in a glueing emergency you can always pop in a couple of Duracells. It comes with a 3 year warranty, though you must register for this within 30 days of purchasing (same for all Bosch tools). I'm very happy with this item overall and I think it's fantastic value for money. I give it 4 stars out of 5.

I love it as I can leave it on my desk with no worries of a wire. Also the glue is unable to leak inside so it doesn't matter how you place it. It heats up quickly and I like the short sticks easier to change colour.

Before I bought this I thought it was a little expensive, however, after buying it and using it I think it is worth the money. It heats up really quickly which is a bonus. It uses 20mm sticks of glue so if you want to change the colour there is not too much wastage getting the old colour out of the gun. I highly recommend this glue gun.
