Command Strips

The Command Brand was established as a spin-off from 3M after an employee realised the market potential of a new type of adhesive tape that had been developed. This new tape could provide super strong adhesion, but would also release its grip once it was stretched. Working on the premise that this could be an ideal solution for affixing things to walls without having to drill holes or otherwise damage the surface, a team was established to research and develop the product further, and in 1996 the Command Brand was officially launched.

About The Products

Command Strips provide simple and supremely easy to use solutions for wall mounting and hanging objects without having to damage walls or ceilings in the process. Coming in various forms, including hooks, clips, strips and hangers, they are ideal for use in the home or the workplace and have a multitude of uses. Recently Command have also developed a range of outdoor products which are intended to be weather resistant and suitable for use in all seasons.
