The Kreg Tool Company was formed in 1989 to sell jigs for cabinetmaking, and the first patent was issued to one of their designs the next year. Starting out as a father and son outfit in the family home, the company had moved into its own purpose built facility by 1993 and rapidly began to establish a name for themselves amonst the woodworking and DIY community. Today the company has headquarters in Europe as well as the United States, and their product range has grown to encompass a wide variety of innovative solutions which help to make joinery more accessible for DIYers while enabling professional users to work faster and more efficiently.

About The Products

The Kreg Pocket Hole Jig is what the company are best known for, and this handy tool (often known simply as a Kreg Jig) makes it easy to create strong pocket hole joints with nothing more than a drill and a set of Pocket Hole Screws. Available in a range of different models, Kreg also manufacture lots of supplementary products including Clamps and Screws.

Kreg also have a line of workshop equipment which includes Circular Saw Guides, Workbenches and Router Tables.
