Delayed arrival a minor inconvenience (1 week late but kept informed by vendor). Outer packaging box had been damaged in transit and was slightly wet (probably rained upon) and a sheet of cardboard had been taped over the water damaged bottom of the box more than likely to stop it from falling apart. The deliverer kept the repair face down and out of sight and it wasn't noticed until unpacking the item later. During assembly I discovered a snapped plastic bracket on the dust collection housing which was an easy fix (vendor informed and has on record for future reference). Overall the saws performance so far and been very good with nice clean cuts on 1.25 inch Ash planks. The rip fence is much better than the 2025 saws but the slider on the fence is a bit limited in my opinion, but maybe that's me. Can recommend as this is much better replacement to the 2025 with lasted me for years.

Only Quibble is the packaging was in quite bad shape luckily the saw was okay!

My overall opinion of the product is reflected in the star ratings above. I don't believe in bad reviews and always look for the good in everything in the world as well as in the services provided by it's people. I was disappointed with build quality of this product but hey, I guess for the price, what else could I expect really? (you get what you pay for) The electric motor burned out after just a couple of hours of use, maybe it was a manufacturing fault in China, who knows? However I cannot fault the excellent customer service I received from the seller ...the delivery process was speedy and efficient. Once I had raised my concerns over the faulty product the returns process could not have been handled better. Seller arranged collection of the product at their expense and it was collected by the courier at precisely the time and date stated specified. A refund was issued with no questions asked and arrived in my bank account with just a few days. So to summarise, I would recommend the seller as an online retailer but would urge potential customers to carefully consider the products they order. To be fair, the more you spend in general the better you get. I cannot fault the company in any way...

Delivery was on time.I was provided with a PDF of the English instructions, which is very difficult to read from an IPhone. Parts are missing which I’m told cannot be supplied. I had partially assembled the saw before realised there were bits missing and after I had destroyed the original box. I was informed that I could return the saw but this ment finding another large box and employing someone to do the, for me, heavy lifting. I resigned myself to making the best of a rather inaccurate saw bench. It’s now nearly constructed with bit from my garage and I’m working may through the inaccuracy problems with the saw. I feel very dissatisfied with both the service and product.
